Samantha and Bruce are participating in a group exhibition "Natural World." Seventy pieces representing a progression of their work are on display at the Gregg Museum of Art and Design. Historic Rosedale Plantation Announces “The Art of Craft: 1830” at Rosedale . Potters will have their work for sale. In addition, there will be print makers, basket weavers, and fiber artists and other craftsmen.  Rosedale is located 3427 N. Tryon St. Charlotte , NC (located just three miles from the center of town) 

General admission tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children and students ages 5-18.  Children 4 and under are free.  Family passes are available for $25

Potter's Market Invitational

Potter's Participating this year

We have been invited to participate in the Potters Market Invitational at the Mint Museum of Art in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Delhom Service League has invited around 40 North Carolina potters to participate in this intimate selling event. The potters will have their work displayed under a large and spacious tent with plenty of room for pottery enthusiasts to move around and view the ceramics.

The Delhom Ceramic Collection is a must see when visiting the Mint Museum of Art. The Mint Museum of Art is located at 2730 Randolph Road . For more information about the Mint Museum visit their website at www.mintmuseum.org .

Always the weekend before Thanksgiving, the Seagrove Pottery Festival is a great event to attend. This craft show usually opens 10:00 Saturday morning with a higher gate fee, which then lowers at noon. WeI will post more details when we receive it. Contact phone number is 336-873-7887.

The Nature Art Gallery of the Museum of Natural Sciences, Raleigh , NC

Show opens November 30 with a reception for the artists and friends December 7, Friday

This exhibit will be a grouping of artists working in a variety of media such as jewelry, glass art, photography, and more. The Nature Art Gallery , located on the mezzanine level of the Museum Store, exhibits original nature-inspired two- and three-dimensional art in a variety of media. Hours are Mon-Sat (9 am - 5 pm), Sun (12 - 5 pm) and 1st Fridays (9 am - 9 pm).
